Another Step on the Path to Stability and Renewal

This month, the men from the Father Alfred Center recovery program have shown remarkable dedication in their workforce development journey. The counselors and support staff at Father Alfred’s have been instrumental in supporting their recovery process, and their progress is a testament to the collaborative efforts of various individuals and departments at St. Anthony’s. 

In preparation for their professional interviews, Sam, Jennifer, and Ian from the Free Clothing Program went above and beyond, treating the men like rock stars while providing them suitable interview attire. Additionally, Jaclyn, our Corporate & Community Program Coordinator, played a pivotal role by enlisting volunteers from First Republic Bank to conduct the interviews.

The collective efforts of everyone involved have culminated in giving these men a genuine experience of a professional interview setting, inspiring confidence, and hope. This initiative perfectly expresses the spirit of the Season of Hope, demonstrating the power of community in fostering personal growth and professional development toward stabilizing lives.
