Melissa Hersh brings over 30 years of experience in workforce, economic and community development, as well as adult education. Her expertise is in building partnerships and connections with employers, educators, and nonprofit organizations to reach common goals. A native New Yorker, she lived in Vermont for many years before recently relocating to California.
Service to the community is the focus of Melissa’s professional and volunteer life. She creates opportunities for individuals to attain employment stability through continuing education, training, and job placement. What drew her to St. Anthony’s is the incredible opportunity to be of service to our guests and to help change lives for the better. Working at SAF is about joy, hope, resilience, and gratitude and aligns strongly with Melissa’s personal values. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Antioch University New England Graduate School and an Executive Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University.
