Regular full-time employees accrue 120 hours (three weeks) vacation their first 3 years. This increases to four weeks by their fifth year. Accruals are prorated for employees working less than 40 hours a week.
Regular full-time employees accrue 8 hours sick leave per month (prorated for employees working less than 40 hours a week).
10 regular holidays per year as well as 2 personal holidays per year that are earned on the first of the year. Holiday hours are prorated for employees working less than 40 hours a week
All regular employees working 20 hours or more a week are eligible.
We offer a choice of either a Kaiser HMO plan or a Sutter Health Plus HMO Deductible Plan with an employee contribution of 6% to 8% for medical coverage.
Dependent medical coverage is a shared expense: employee pays 55% of medical premium; SAF contributes 45%.
Medical coverage is effective the first of the month after the date of hire, or effective immediately for employees hired on the first of the month.

St. Anthony’s pays for 100% of employee coverage. Employee pays 100% of all dependent coverage.
