Community Spotlight: Clothing Drive with Andrew Tours SF
October 17, 2025

At St. Anthony’s, community is at the heart of everything we do — and this fall, that spirit came to life through an inspiring partnership with local creator @andrewtourssf
When Andrew invited his followers to join him in a citywide clothing drive for our Free Clothing Program, San Franciscans answered the call. Together, we collected enough donations to provide 250–300 neighbors with essential items for the colder months ahead — including warm coats, shoes, and men’s clothing that will help our guests stay dry, comfortable, and confident as the season changes.
We’re deeply grateful to Sports Basement, who graciously hosted the drive and offered 20% off coupons to everyone who donated, and to Voss Water for providing water to those who stopped by to drop off items. Their generosity helped make the event not just successful, but joyful — a true reflection of how compassion thrives when local partners come together for good.

The day brought out an incredible mix of community members — longtime supporters, first-time donors, and neighbors who simply wanted to help. It was a powerful reminder that renewal begins when we show up for one another.
Rooted in the Tenderloin for 75 years, St. Anthony’s has always been a place where kindness turns into action. We’re so thankful to Andrew Tours SF for helping inspire this outpouring of generosity and for embodying the true spirit of San Francisco — creative, connected, and full of heart.
