Lillian B. Archer

Lillian Archer leads St. Anthony’s resource development, public and community affairs, and marketing and communications functions. She provides strategic leadership with a deep focus on bringing people and resources together to create meaningful change for our guests in the Tenderloin.

With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Lillian has partnered with social change leaders and philanthropists to help mobilize more than $100 million in support of mission-driven organizations across education, humanitarian aid, direct service, and the arts. She joined St. Anthony’s in January 2025 during the Foundation’s 75th Anniversary year.

Originally from New York City, Lillian has called San Francisco home since 2009. She lives in the Sunset with her husband and three daughters, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, often navigating the city by e-bike.
