Madonna Residence

Madonna Residence provides a supportive and empowering residential community in which women over age 60 can maintain their dignity and independence.

The 51-room Madonna Residence offers safe housing and supportive services to women over 60 whose income is at or below SSI level. Services and activities are designed to support residents' ability to live independently and to maintain the physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being of the residents.

The residential facility has three residential floors, each with a community living space and other common areas. Each resident has her own fully furnished studio with private bath. Another floor includes common space for all residents: a dining room, chapel, art room, laundry room, recreation room and library with computers that have Internet connections. Rent includes a food service program providing three meals a day. On-site social workers and a recreation therapy coordinator provide an array of supportive services.
