Group Volunteering

For years, St. Anthony’s has welcomed groups of volunteers from across the Bay Area and beyond. We take pride in offering a dynamic and meaningful volunteer experience, where volunteers engage with guests while directly supporting our services.

On-site Volunteer Opportunities:
We are happy to share that we are once again welcoming volunteer groups into our Dining Room, Free Clothing Program, and Senior Farmers Market. All volunteers coming on-site must be fully vaccinated, and we are operating at a reduced group capacity at this time.

For more about on-site group opportunities, please fill out our Group Volunteer Inquiry form.

Remote Volunteer Opportunities:
We are also able to provide several impactful ways for your organization to get involved remotely if interested.

Virtual Justice Education:
As a Franciscan organization, we seek ways to eliminate injustice and to educate and empower people so that all may claim their rights in society. Our Virtual Justice Education offers an opportunity to learn more St. Anthony’s services, as well as the systemic inequities our guests face.

Donation Drives:
If you are interested in hosting a clothing or hygiene drive for St. Anthony’s, we can provide a how-to guide.

Mask Making:
Masks are an important tool in stopping the spread of COVID-19, and we are working hard to make sure that our guests have access to them. If you have masks you’d like to donate, let us know.
