Jeff has served in executive leadership positions in finance and operations in a number of Bay Area community services, philanthropic, and higher education organizations. He supported low-income and immigrant communities at the Unity Council in the Fruitvale District in Oakland for a decade, and was a senior executive at The Christensen Fund, a private foundation in San Francisco focusing on the rights of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities worldwide. He has worked for and with a number of nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area as executive staff, as a consultant, and as a Board Director. Jeff is currently the Audit Chair and Board member of the Amah Mutsun Land Trust, a Native American tribal revitalization organization restoring traditional lands in the Monterey Bay region, for which he has enthusiastically volunteered since 2014.
Jeff comes to St. Anthony’s as an active Episcopalian. He has served on the vestry of his parish in Berkeley several times, is a prominent choir member, and has been both Treasurer and Junior Warden. He holds a BSBA from the University of Phoenix and earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He has a large family and lives in the East Bay.
