Help empower job seekers on their path to employment.
Career Readiness Volunteer
As a Career Readiness Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting guests enrolled in St. Anthony’s Employment Pathways to Stability (STEPS) job readiness program. This unique volunteer opportunity allows you to work one-on-one (or in small groups) with guests, helping them practice real-world interview strategies in a supportive and encouraging environment.
You’ll collaborate with STEPS class facilitators and our Volunteer Services team to help guests build confidence and strengthen their communication skills through guided mock interviews and feedback.
Who We’re Looking For:

- You’ll meet with at least 3-4 guests during each session.
- The total time commitment is approximately 3 hours.
- All volunteers will attend a brief 15-minute online orientation, along with a script of suggested questions before participating. This information will provide
