Hosting an event is another opportunity to provide essential support to San Franciscans living in poverty. As an individual, business or group, you can host an event and designate St. Anthony’s as the beneficiary. Fundraisers hosted by our community partners help raise awareness and funds to support St. Anthony’s programs and services. Your fundraising event can be a dinner, concert, race, wine tasting, restaurant promotion, art auction, food festival, silent auction at an existing event, or even a portion of proceeds of a sold item. The type of event is completely at the discretion of the host.
Support for Sponsored Events
St. Anthony’s wants your event to be fun, successful, and engaging. Depending on the timing, size, and scope of the event, we may be able to provide assistance in a variety of ways:
- Marketing. We can provide St. Anthony’s name, logo, and other pertinent information for promotional purposes. Depending on the timing and scope of the event, we may be able to provide collateral materials or publicize your event through our monthly e-newsletters, website, or social media.
- Acknowledgement. We do our best to acknowledge all of our sponsors – individual and corporate for both monetary and in-kind donations. This includes, but is not limited to our website, annual report, and/or other print or online recognition of your generous support.
Please contact us to discuss your event before using our name, logo, or mission statement to publicize your event or pursue event sponsorship. We will provide you with our tax identification number for your tax filing purposes. While we may not be able to attend or support each hosted event, we are always grateful for the support.
