Back-to-School Service Day

Join St. Anthony’s Young Professionals Council (YPC) to support St. Anthony’s youngest guests as they head back to school by volunteering at our Back-to-School Service Day – Knowledge is Power!

Each year, St. Anthony’s Free Clothing Program throws a Back-to-School Day event to prepare low-income students for the school year. SAYPC helps prepare for the main event by creating signs, activities, getting clothing ready, and organizing school supplies. With your help, St. Anthony’s Free Clothing Program can provide over 400 low-income children with brand new backpacks, school supplies, shoes, and clothes.

We’ll kick off the day with an orientation about poverty in San Francisco, followed by organizing clothes and school supplies, decorating for Back-to-School Day, and touring St. Anthony’s programs and services. Coffee and light breakfast will be served. RSVP below – we look forward to seeing you on August 4th!
