<p><strong>Monday, December 13th – Ham and cheese baked potatoes</strong><br />
With sour cream and peas</p>
<p><strong>Tuesday,  December 14th – Sweet and Sour Chicken</strong><br />
Chicken simmered in a Polynesian sweet and sour sauce.  Served with rice.</p>
<p><strong>Wednesday, December 15th – Curried Chickpeas</strong><br />
Chickpeas and vegetables simmered with Middle Eastern spices</p>
<p><strong>Thursday, December 16th – Turkey Cobbler</strong><br />
Turkey, carrots and peas in a rich gravy baked with a biscuit  topping</p>
<p><strong>Friday, December 17th – Chicken Cacciatore</strong><br />
Chunks of chicken cooked in a classical sauce of tomatoes and vegetables</p>
<p><strong>Saturday, December 18th – Macaroni &amp; Cheese </strong></p>
<p><strong>Sunday, December 19th – Caribbean Pepperpot Stew</strong><br />
Chicken, beef and ham stewed with vegetables and Island spices</p>

A blend of beans simmered with turkey and herbs<br />
Served over rice</p>
