Nearly 800 years ago, St. Francis
of Assisi and his contemporary, St. Anthony of Padua, spent their
lives walking alongside the poorest of the poor. They also helped
the larger community to recognize the inherent dignity and worth
of each individual.
Their lives have
inspired us to carry on this work of charity and justice. St. Anthony
Foundation has a set of Franciscan
values that guide our work.
